Digital delivery policy
Raíces and Records reports are personalized digital products delivered by email; no physical product is shipped.
Normal timing
Delivery is normally completed within two to three business days after payment and receipt of complete order information.
Clarification requests
If the surname spelling, language choice, family location, or another essential detail is unclear, we may email the customer before beginning or completing research. The delivery period may pause until the requested information is received.
Delivery method
The finished PDF is sent to the email address associated with the order. Customers should check their inbox, junk, and spam folders and ensure that reports@raicesandrecords.com can reach them.
Missing delivery
If the normal delivery period has passed, contact reports@raicesandrecords.com from the ordering email address so we can verify the order and resend the file when appropriate.
