Our research promise
A surname can point toward language, place, and history—but it cannot, by itself, prove a customer’s ancestry or one universal family line. We separate documented findings from possibilities and identify what requires person-level records.
Raíces and Records does not sell decorative coats of arms as proof of ancestry, promise noble descent, or replace certified genealogical, legal, citizenship, or DNA services.
Customer support
Customer-support contact information is provided during secure checkout and on every receipt. We respond to order questions during normal U.S. business hours.
Clear before you order
Reports are personalized digital products delivered by email. Our normal target is 5–7 business days after complete intake information is received. Customers are notified if additional time is needed.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before personalized research begins. Completed personalized research is generally non-refundable. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order or the file is materially defective, we will correct it or issue an appropriate refund. Requests should be made within 14 days of delivery.
We collect information needed to process payment, prepare and deliver the report, and provide support. We do not sell customer family information. Payment-card data is handled by our payment provider and is not stored by Raíces and Records.
Reports are educational research products based on available references and customer-supplied information. Sources may conflict or remain incomplete. A report does not establish legal identity, inheritance, citizenship, tribal membership, hereditary rights, or a biological relationship.
