Terms of service

By ordering, you acknowledge that a surname report is an educational research product based on the information and sources reasonably available at the time of preparation.

Scope of the report

The report examines documented surname meanings, geographic clues, spelling variants, historical and migration context, useful records, sources, limitations, and practical next steps. Sources can conflict or remain incomplete.

Important limitations

A surname alone cannot prove a customer’s ancestry or one universal family line. The report does not establish legal identity, inheritance, citizenship, tribal membership, hereditary rights, nobility, or a biological relationship, and it does not replace certified genealogical, legal, citizenship, or DNA services.

Customer information

Accurate spelling and the earliest known family location help us focus the research. Delays or limitations may result when information is missing, uncertain, or inaccurate.

Digital delivery and use

The finished report is delivered as a personalized PDF for the customer’s personal use. Raíces and Records retains rights in its original design, research framework, and general explanatory material.

Business operator

Raíces and Records is operated by Pino Professional Solutions LLC in the United States.
